Bushings with Broach Sets
duMONT Minute Man® Broach Sets offer the most popular combinations of Keyway Broaches and Bushings in attractive wooden cases. A Bushing guides and supports the Broach as it passes through the work piece. The Bushing size and Style are determined by the bore diameter of the work piece as well as the Style of Broach to be used.
American Standard Bushings by Broach Style
duMONT Minute Man® Keyway Broaches and Bushings have letter designations signifying the body width of the Keyway Broach and the guide slot in the Bushing. The Bushing size and Style are determined by the bore diameter of the workpiece as well as the Style of Broach to be used.
Metric Bushings by Broach Style
duMONT Minute Man® Keyway Broaches and Bushings have letter designations signifying the width of the Keyway Broach and the guide slot in the Bushing. The Bushing size and Style are determined by the bore diameter of the workpiece as well as the Style of Broach to be used.
Special Application Bushings
duMONT Minute Man® designs and manufactures Special Application Bushings to guide and support the Broach as it passes through the workpiece enabling the operator to use individual Keyway Broaches in a variety of bore sizes. Special Bushings, plain or collared are available in both American Standard and Metric Sizes.
Replacement Shims
duMONT Minute Man® Replacement Shims for use with Keyway Broaches are available for spares and to replace lost or damaged Shims. The smallest Broaches cut in one pass and require no Shim.
Arbor Presses
duMONT Minute Man® Arbor Presses are easy to operate Manual Broaching Machines designed for Push Broaching with Keyways and Internal Hole Broaches. These Hand Operated Presses are available in 3 and 5 Ton Models and provide the pressure required to Push Broaches through the work piece.
